Online Order Status

Hi! 

 

I placed an order for a Nintendo Switch on Thursday, and while half the order has shipped (a game + a screen protector), the console itself still hasn't - saying that it's "Getting it Ready" despite the fact that it says it will be here Wednesday. Normally I wouldn't be concerned, but I noticed when I checked my Credit Card this morning that I had only been charged for the game and the screen protector - not the console itself. What is the status of my order? Can I still expect it Wednesday?

Same thing happening to me right now, on hold with customer service.

CS said that my package is just waiting to get picked up by the shipping carrier and its still on time to be delivered on Wednesday. They said to wait 24 hours and it should be updated with a tracking number by then, if not, call again. Hope this helped, I'll confirm if i get my tracking number by tomorrow. Also the phone wait time said 1 hour but it was only 10 minutes
