OnTrac delivery problems

I ordered airpods from best buy two days ago & signed up for next day delivery not knowing that OnTrac was a carrier option for best buy. The next day it said my order was out for delivery at 7am but all day nothing had arrived. After looking at other people’s reviews about ontrac’s horrible service i’m skeptical i’ll ever receive it. After 10pm the tracking info updated and it said it was “undeliverable” because they needed a gate code. No other delivery carrier has EVER had this problem. As of this morning it says my package is with corporate and will be redelivered the next business day, which is today, yet does not say it’s our for delivery again. I’ve tried contacting OnTrac to no avail. At this point I don’t even want my package which didn’t come, I just want my money back.

I can only imagine you anxiously waiting for your package to arrive, only to discover there was an issue of the delivery with the carrier. It’s discouraging, I agree.
