No order confirmation

Hi,

 

I pre-ordered the Lenovo Jedi Challenges a while back. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lenovo-star-wars-jedi-challenges-ar-headset-with-lightsaber-controller-...

 

I never got an order confirmation. There was a "pending" charge on my credit card for at least a couple of weeks, but when I recently checked it, that pending charge was gone.

 

What can I do to make sure I still have that pre-order in place? I ordered it originally as a Guest.

Welcome to our Best Buy Forums and thank you for letting us know about your concerns with this order. It's always frustrating when you don't receive a confirmation email for your order. I know I personally get so many emails it's hard to help keep track of all of my different orders. I'm happy to help you take a look in to this for you.

 

Using the email address associated with your Forum account I was able to locate this order. Unfortunately it does not appear that you are the original purchaser on this item. According to our Privacy Policy, we can only release purchase information to the original purchaser. This refers to the person listed under the billing information. The original purchaser can create an account here at our Forums or contact 1-888-BEST-BUY(1-888-237-8289).

 

I apologize that I was not able to further assist with this order. I look forward to hearing back from the original purchaser so I can help them.

Sorry about that, Andrew. My bad. My middle name is Lee, and it's what I use all the time. My first name is Harold, and it's the name I used for this order. Sorry again!
