I placed an order for an Apple Watch today. I used 3 Best Buy gift cards on the order and my PayPal account for the remaining balance. When I checked my order to see if it was ready I had an email saying that my order was unable to be processed because of payment. I clicked the link to update the payment and it showed that one of the Best Buy gift cards had failed. I attempted to contact customer service online. They told me they couldn't help me and they gave me a number to call. I called the number and the incompetent foreign person couldn't understand what I was asking so I asked to talk to a supervisor. I was told I couldn't, several times. She told me she would cancel my order for instore pickup and I would get a refund in about a week. I told her that was unacceptable, I wanted to get my order today. After going through the same conversation several times she told me she couldn't help me and for me to go into the store. I then drove to the store and explained the situation to customer service there. They looked up the order and showed that the gift card was on there but couldn't tell me why it was showing failed. They also looked up the gift card itself and showed that it had been used. They called a help desk and asked how to handle it. They were told to tell me that I needed to wait 24 hours for the balance to go back on the card and it might let me re order. I called the Best Buy gift card customer service line, at 6:30 pm central time well before the 11pm eastern closing time that is listed on Best Buy's website, and couldn't get anyone to answer my calls. I called several times and was hung up on. I am absolutely LIVID! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I bought the Apple Watch from Best Buy because my local store had it in stock and I could get it today. I didn't want to wait for 2 days to get it from Target. I bought the Best Buy Gift cards I used today with 3 Visa gift cards I had since I couldn't use more than 1 Visa Gift Card at Best Buy, but I could use more than 1 Best Buy gift card on my order. I don't have my Apple Watch, I don't have my money back and no reassurance that I will get the money back for the Best Buy gift cards, and no one can tell me how to fix Best Buy's computer error. I don't know who to contact to fix this, I just keep getting sent in circles. I wanted the Apple Watch today and now I'm going to have to wait. If I had wanted to wait I would have bought it from Target and gotten 5% off.

I can certainly understand wanting to receive this Apple Watch as quickly as possible and would be happy to help you look closer at this.
