I used the guest checkout to place an order yesterday. Since placing my order I have not received the confirmation email. Best Buy did charge my account but now I have no way of tracking my order.

As someone who watches all their orders and their tracking until it arrives at my doorstep, I can most certainly understand wanting to track your order as well! While our Order Status page will allow you to check on a guest order, it will require the order number. This order number is sent to the email address provided at checkout, so we ask that you please keep an eye out on all your email inboxes, including the junk/spam folder, as sometimes our emails sneak over there.
If you have checked those email inboxes and have not found any confirmation, please send me a private message that includes your full name, phone number, and email address, as I'd be more than happy to take a peak and see what I can find!
