I purchased H&R Block, which came with a $10 gift card. I never received any confirmation email for the purchase or the gift card.
The purchase shows up in my history, but appears to be waiting for me to click some activation link in an email before it will give me the gift card code.
I've clicked the "resend activation code" button multiple times, and even tried changing my email address in the system in case it didn't like the one I had. But I still get no code.
All other emails from BestBuy come through immediately, including the one for signing up for these forums and the one telling me I changed my email address.
How do I get this code for my gift card?

I also didn't get an email with an activation code for the H&R Block software so now I can't complete the activation after installing it.
