No Confirmation Email, money was taken.

I ordered an item from Best Buy a few hours ago, and I still haven’t received an email. My bank account was charged the money but I’ve received no confirmation. I didn’t sign in when I ordered, and only used a guest account. Some help resolving this would be great.

Welcome to the forum, though I wish you had found us under better circumstances. I'm ecstatic to hear you chose to shop with us, but understand how difficult it may be to confirm your order was appropriately placed without a confirmation email. From my experience, what likely occurred was a misspelling in your email preventing your confirmation email from reaching you.
