I ordered a washer to be delivered today. When they brought it the whole top was caved in. They took the washer back and the person they talked to regarding the damaged washer said that they could not deliver it before Tuesday. Well, I am going on vacation Tuesday and I have a dog sitter staying at my house while I am gone. I don't want her to have to deal with a semi-functional washing machine so something that is delivered after Monday is useless to me. I found a cheaper one on Best Buy and ordered it for delivery Monday. The first one was really overkill...who really needs their washer to be "connected" and have 14 cycles. Anyway, there is no way to contact anyone at Best Buy to cancel the first order...the online chat is "unavailable", there is no longer an email address and I waited 20 minutes on the phone before finally hanging up. This is unacceptable. I just want to cancel that first order. Is that too much to ask? After all, you are the one's who delivered damaged merchandise...your fault or the manufacturer's I don't care...I just know it's not mine and this shouldn't be that difficult. Best Buy gets an F in customer service in my book.

Thanks so much for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums. I know how important a working washing machine is, and Best Buy understands the unique challenges of appliance orders.
That's why we have a dedicated line for our customers to call when there are issues with appliance orders, such as damage to the item, or the need to cancel. Please give us a call at (800) 304-1259 so that we can discuss this with you, and get that order cancelled since you already bought that replacement.
Please let me know if you have any other concerns, or if I can assist you with anything else.
