Nightmare order with Best Buy


On Nov 24th I bought a phone with home delivery from They ship the package with

OnTrac stupid people manage to fail my home delivery 4 times.


Day 1, waiting the whole day for a delivery, no-one knocking at the door, no delivery tag on the door, all I can see is a failed delivery attemp3 with the tracking number online. Day 2, failed delivery attempt with a tag on the door, when I was home the whole day, no-one knocking the front door.
Day 3, I put the tag with signature on my door on the night before, for safety. Then again online I get failed delivery attempt, I was home the whole day, the door tag is still hanging at my door.

I call ontrac and schedule a 4th delivery. I wait the whole day at home, and again I get a quiet failed delivery, no-one showed up on the door, no-one picked up the tag with my signature.


I escalated this with OnTrac and Best Buy and asked them to return the package to Best Buy.

When attempting return to Best Buy they lost my package, and Best Buy refuses to give me a refund until the package is received in their facility.


This is FULL BEST BUY RESPONSIBILITY, they chose to use a garbage delivery company (OnTrac has bad review everywhere), so they must take their responsibility. It has been 3 weeks and Best Buy ows me $600
