Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10 512GB in the store for store pickup. Was told it would arrive by 09/20/2019. It is now 09/29/2019 and no phone. Went to store and was told the order was delayed with no projected arrival date. Customer Service actually suggested that I cancel the order and purchase a lessor phone (128GB) that was in stock and pay more! Sounds like bait and switch to me. I just want to know a projected date for this order. I have plans in the VERY near future where I was needing to use the phone. Could someone please get a answer for me because the store was clueless.
