Need Corporate Office Contact Info for Complaint

I bought a Macbook Air for my wife to use at school that was on sale online at Best Buy. This was a Mac with 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of flash disk. This was exactly what i have been looking to buy for my wife as a gift as i have always promised her to replace her old Toshiba laptop that gives her a lot of problems now. So placed the older on September 1st i believe, and even texted my wife the order and pretty much cried on the phone when she called me back. However, i just checked the order status today, only to discover it was cancelled with NO explanation given. NOTHING!


I am super mad and fustrated right now as my wife starts school tomorrow with no promised laptop. Best Buy even sent me an email right after the purchase with the message "We've received your order #

{removed per forum guidelines}". The macbook air was on a great deal sale going for $1,149.99, with the following specs:


Apple - MacBook Air - 13.3" Retina Display - Intel Core i5 - 16GB Memory - 512GB Flash Storage - Space Gray
Model: MUQT2LL/A
SKU: 6363048

I just checked this laptop, and the price has gone up to more than $1,700 now. I really want an explanation to why my order was cancelled without any explanation. I also hope Best Buy can honor the price that i bought it first for their  inconvenience cos no way i can afford this laptop again. I have spend months saving money to get a descent laptop for my wife before her school starts, and i know she always wanted a mac. I almost daily logon to, amazon and even walmart hoping to find a great deal until September 1st when i finally got one from, only now to be disappointed. 


Please Best Buy, i need you guys to fix this. Would expect this to happen at Ebay due to C2C nature of the business, but not from a company i have always trusted and never had problems before like Best Buy.

I can most certainly understand wanting to get that Apple MacBook right away with her classes starting so soon. We apologize about any inconvenience this has caused, as we know that having an order cancelled is not optimal. Typically, this cancellation occurs when we are unable to verify the information you provided or the information you have on your credit card. This can happen when the billing name and address you provided on the order does not match what your bank has on file for your credit card, or even if we send an email asking to verify billing information that is not replied to.

I'd be more than happy to investigate this further and see if I can shed light on what may have happened with your order and what the next best step would be. I see you have sent some of our specialists private messages regarding this. As per our pinned post, Ready to Post?
