My online purchase for samsung phone

Hello I ordered my phone last week because it says I can get it on Friday, 8/30/2019.

 

However, Progress of pick up remains “in progress” for a week.

I wonder whether I can get it tomorrow or not.

 

If I cannot get it tomorrow, I should have ordered from Samsung.

When I went to Best Buy on the date of picking up, I was told basically the same things...

It is due to an online system error. 

 

When the problem will be solved?!
