A little over a week ago I ordered a new gaming desktop online and it came in/was delivered last Thursday. The box contained most of the items it was supposed to, except the little remote that allows you to change the colors/lights on the machine. (I know this comes with it because another person in the household ordered the same computer a few days prior, my purchase was a second one). Is there someone I should contact to get this?
I can provide the purchase/order number.

Welcome to the Best Buy Forum!
Thanks for writing in about this. I know that I expect my newly purchased items to include all of the accessories that they are supposed to. Plus, how are you supposed to fully enjoy your new computer without being able to change those pretty, shiny lights with your remote control?
Your best bet would be to return the desktop and repurchase/exchange it, provided you are still within your return and exchange period. This can be done at any Best Buy store. You could also use a return label, then re-order the computer online. I can understand that it can be a hassle to disconnect and lug that new computer around, so another option that you might want to pursue is contacting the manufacturer directly to see if they can send you the missing remote. Do you happen to know what brand your new computer is? I would be happy to see if I can help round up some contact information for you.

Hey, thanks for the reply!
I think it would be best to contact the manufacturer first before disconnecting the whole computer. The computer brand is : ibuypower. I'd love any contact info you could fine!
