My Laptop hasn't shipped?

I purchased a MacBook pro from bestbuy.com on 2/10 and it says to be home tomorrow (2/20) to sign for it... but it also says it hasn't shipped yet. I chatted into BestBuy support yesterday and they were no help at all. Has my computer shipped?! Will it be here tomorrow for sure? 

 

I looked into purchasing this from three different vendors and went with BestBuy because you had the earliest delivery date. I am loosing out on $200 of trade-in money by purchasing this through best buy rather than through apple directly, so I'm going to be livid if this isn't delivered tomorrow.  

 

Where is the tracking info for my laptop?

I will send you a private message with those details. To be clear, the issue here isn't just that my laptop might be delayed, it's that the order status says it will be delivered tomorrow and I have heard anything to the contrary. 

 

Delays may be unavoidable, but at the very least, someone needs to let me know that.
