I bought an Airpod Pro at Best Buy store on December 28th last year. There weren't any airpods left so I paid first and requested to ship it to my home. But, it's still not coming now. It's been more than a week that USPS hasn't updated about shipping information. I went to USPS and asked where my package is. But, what they said was they don't know where it is. When I check order status on the Best Buy website, it shows the package research case has been created but there is no way to find the status of that case. I went to a store and they said to make a claim by calling customer service. But, I couldn't wait several hours for that.
Who's responsible for this situation? USPS or Best Buy? I don't know what to do right now. I just want to get my airpods as soon as possible. But, I have no idea what to do right now.
