MY BESTBUY.COM ACCOUNT WAS FLAGGED FOR FRAUD AND NOW I CAN'T MAKE ANY ONLINE PURCHASES.

I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS ISSUE FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS NOW. 
 
I AM NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY ONLINE BESTBUY.COM ORDERS. 
 
THE LAST PURCHASE THAT WENT THROUGH HAPPENED ON JUN 08, 2019

PLEASE HELP ME TO GET ANY BLOCKS OR FLAGS FOR FRAUD REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN CONTINUE TO MAKE ONLINE PURCHASES.
 
I'VE TRIED USING A DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD AND STILL THE SAME ISSUES OCCURS. ALL ONLINE PURCHASES ARE CANCELLED WITH 3 MINUTES OR LESS.
 
I'VE ALSO HAD THE SOMEONE FROM THE 800 BESTBUY TEAM MAKE A PURCHASE FOR ME AND IT WAS CANCELLED.
 
BELOW IS ONE OF THE MANY CASE NUMBERS I GIVEN TO HELP RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. CASE # {removed per forum guidelines}
 
I AM AN ELITE PLUS MEMBER FOR OVER 5 YEARS AND IT'S BEEN VERY UPSETTING TO SAY THE LEAST.
 
I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE PERSON AT CUSTOMER SERVICE COULDN'T RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WITH ME WITH THE PERSON OVER THE PHONE SHE SPOKE WITH.
 
SHE CALLED THE BRIDGE AND THEY COULDN'T HELP HER AND WAS TOLD TO CALL 800 BESTBUY LINE.
 
I CAN ALSO BE REACHED BY THE TELEPHONE NUMBER ON FILE FOR MY ACCOUNT.
 
I AM CONSIDERING CONTACTING

AND LAST OPTION WOULD BE TO CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT IF I CAN RESOLVE MY ISSUE.
 
UPSET CUSTOMER / EMPLOYEE (I'M A FULL TIME GEEK SQUAD AGENT)
 
IF IT THIS FRUSTRATING FOR ME I CAN IMAGINE IF I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER GOING THROUGH THIS.A

Wow... if I was Best Buy id leave the account marked for fraud. There is no way a "full time geek squad agent" would have put, case numbers, order numbers, and contact information in a forum post.
