Hello,my name is Daniel and I write on this forum because I'm very angry and sad about what Bestbuy did to me. I didn't receive my order, a pair of Airpods Pro that I ordered at october and after checking the tracking and waiting I decided to contact the customer care, they said they would do an investigation,I waited around 10 days and then I contacted them again where they said my package was lost in the delivery and they would give me a refund. Fastforward to today and I still didn't get anything,the customer care changes version every time I try to talk with them and I'm feeling like I'm worthless to them. I went to buy them to the store but I still didn't get nothing. One of the biggest store in the world can't help me,what should I do? I already contacted the courier like they said,but he said that he can't do anything and to contact them again Bestbuy.

Thank you for taking the time to join our community forum and write to us about your order. I can certainly understand your frustration to not have a product or refund yet. While refunds can take up to one billing cycle to process it does seem like quite a long time to wait if you contacted us in October.
