Lost package/need claim file

Hello my name is Demond {removed per forum guidelines} I need help my package was lost fedex is willing to refund for losing the package but Best Buy Corporate needs to file the claim and nobody wants to help me my order number is {removed per forum guidelines}

It's only happened to me once, but having a shipment lost is upsetting indeed. I'm sorry to hear you're having to cope with such circumstances.
