I bought a gaming mouse on Thursday. It should be delivered on Friday.
I saw that both UPS and Best Buy show that it was delivered at 6:57 pm on Friday. But I stayed at home from 5 pm on Friday, and I never hear someone knocked on my door. I go out and search around my home at 7:30 pm, But I cannot find any package.
Then I decide to wait for 24 Hours. But I still haven’t received my package now, 9 pm on Saturday.
I already asked my neighbors and search all-district I live. But there is nothing.
I cannot believe that UPS can lose my package, and my home is just about one mile away from Best Buy......
I don't know what should I do now, can anyone help me?
