Lost Package

I have a question and maybe someone can help. I placed an order on Dec 29th from Best Buy. On January 2nd it is showing that the package was handed to UPS. It is now the 14th and I have yet to receive the package nor has it had any other activity since the 2nd. I contacted UPS and they said they don’t know what happened as they do not have the package and just put in a claim and hopefully something will come up.

This just frustrates me as I was expecting this package at least by now and when I try to contact someone either from Best Buy or UPS I get the run around about the package. Can Best Buy do anything to compensate me for the package or am I out of luck? I don’t want to have to pay for something that I didn’t get.
