Over the years I have purchased many items from Best Buy, as of today I have decided to never purchase another item from them. Why? Because when there is an issue on their end with an order they fail to notify you and then you have to spend hours on hold to get the issue resolved. This time it was an Apple Watch that Best Buy had issues linking it to my AT&T account. I wish you Best Buy the best of luck, but you have lost me.

Finally I was able to speak to someone in the back office that keep checking in on me while on hold. Maybe not a total lose, but Best Buy will be the last place I purchased, total time 2 hours, 11 minutes. Hey corporate I hope you get off your butts and earn those big bucks that you get paid.

So today I discover Best Buy's backoffice provisioned a Samsung Phone instead of the Apple Watch and moved my delivery back a full month when it was originally two day delivery.
