Let me know why my purchase was canceled

Dear Best Buy,

First of all, I want to say thank to you guys because of the good service and quality of your items. You let me believe that I can find good items on your site. In last summer, I had taken a trip to the US and bought a Sandisk mp3 player at your store. After using it, I wanted to buy a new one for my daughter. And I promise with my sweetie, this one will be my gift to her on her birthday. I had ordered a Sandisk mp3 player on this link https://www.bestbuy.com/site/sandisk-clip-sport-plus-16gb-mp3-player-blue/5508201.p?skuId=5508201. It would be shipped to Vietnam by the Freight forwarder Vietcargo company. But after that your site sent me an email and reported that my order had been canceled. (Order #{removed per forum guidelines}) and you guys would refund my payment.
After my first order was canceled, I tried to purchase this item again this morning with hope I can get another luck. And my purchase was been canceled again (Order #{removed per forum guidelines})). Meanwhile, my money for goods was withdrawn from my bank card again.
I hope your company concern my issue and support the purchase to proceed successfully. 
You know, I can buy a mp3 player in Vietnam, but I have had good sense with this brand and by the way, I truly believe the items your store support.
I appreciate your reply and let me know if it is possible or not.

Best Buy will not ship to known Freight Forwarders as their products are only meant to be used in the US, Mexico and Canada.
I am not a forum moderator nor voice of corporate. One of the corporate moderators will be with you as soon as they can for the official response from Best Buy. The forums work on a first come, first serve basis and it can take a while for a response.

I would be glad to help answer your questions. We can ship items to the 50 United States, but we are not able to ship to freight forwarders. We are typically able to ship to residential addresses or you can pick up orders at our store locations. You can find some more information on where we can ship orders here. Dear Best Buy,
Please help me check my refund.
When you refused my order twice times, Feb 20 and Feb 22. The autoresponder replied that you will give back my refund within 10 days. But until now, I haven't received my money yet. I have tried to contact with my bank and asked my issue. They said I need to contact with your customer service to ask if they have had transferred to me.

Hi, Nhu,

 

I'd be happy to check into that refund for you. Likely what you are seeing is an authorization hold, which can take some time to be released. I'll try to find the release date for you. Ten days is normal, but some orders can take longer, so I'll need to review your specific order.
