I recently ordered a new Razer Blade Stealth 2019 on 9/2/19 and was expected to arrive at 9/9/19. I called in at the 9th and they told me that they didn't even order it. Then I call today 9/16/19 and they told me that they just ordered it. Meanwhile they said they would order the laptop on the 9th which I gave them the benefit doubt that they would order it. Turns out they never did and I needed this laptop (This laptop was for school, 4th week of school with no laptop). Is there a way to pay for faster shipping or get something back for incentive on wait for this long? I originally could've order this off of amazon or the microsoft store and got it with in that week. I can't do that anymore since the deal is off now. Please Help.

i have the same problem with this exact item. costumer service said that, if i ordered it choosing in store pick up i wouldve gotten it much faster, LOL. but it says in their website delivery is 1 day faster. i just dont want to cancel it because i got it on sale

yeah same, ive been chatting them everyday, and will continue to do so till my item arrives. i hope atleast a moderator will come and look into this issue we're having.

As a former college student, I understand that having a working computer is an important thing to have. The Razer Blade Stealth looks like quite the machine to get. I'm not sure why the laptop did not get ordered when you initially requested it, but I'd be happy to take a look into this with you if you have not received it yet.
