I ordered an item on 10/14/2019 and paid extra for Next-Day Delivery on 10/15/2019. The driver decided that my address (a business address that is constantly receiving mail from all different carriers) was unacccessable and therefore cancelled my delivery. My frustration with that situation is besides the point.
Although I never received the order, I was charged for it. I have been told the refund has been processed yet here I am on 10/18/2019 with no refund. Never received the product due a lazy delivery driver yet still out the money for the product AND next day delivery fee. What bologna.
Hands down the worst experience with Best Buy to date. Called customer support twice and all I get is "the refund has been processed".
Can someone please provide me with further detail as to when I will be receiving the refund?
