Issues Ordering Device

Hello,
I am having issues with an order I placed which was returned to sender (BestBuy) on multiple occasions due to issues with Best Buy not being able to reship it properly. I called the mobile back office team and they finally got the line cancelled for the Apple Watch and I was told I could now reorder and get the issue “fixed”. Now I am receiving an error staying ReturnedsubscriberNumbers for this billingAccountNumber Exceeds Allowable Quantity. BAN has returned more subscribers than the allowable limit for the customer. Nobody can help me get this fixed and there’s no reason why I shouldn’t be able to reorder this item again as both of them were returned and cancelled BY Best Buy. Can someone help me get this resolved?

I’ve been on the phone with the mobile back office and they’ve been unable to tell me what’s wrong or why I’m getting this error. I’ve called AT&T and they said my account is fine and I’m able to add several more lines. Can someone assist with this?
