Issue Processing Order

I’m extremely frustrated, I ordered 2 items, one was a pre order of the ultimate edition of the new Grid and a pre order of the Godzilla Showa film collection on Blu Ray from Criterion, the order I placed for Grid went through just fine but about a week after I ordered both items I get a text saying that the order for the Godzilla Blu Ray Collection I ordered is having issues, I don’t want to lose this order as it’s something I’ve been saving up for for a while, I don’t know if I should check with my bank or check with best but to get this fixed. Because since I ordered those, my card hasn’t been working. So they may have blocked it for some reason even though they know it was me and not another person.

Having any kind of difficulties with an order can certainly prove to be problematic. Especially when it involves some very anticipated titles. I would be more than happy to take a closer look at your order!
