While it can take up to one billing cycle for refunds to be available in your account two months does seem far too long. To update on the situation. I privately mesasged this andrewb person to think he was going to actually and finally help me with my ridiculous situation. But i should have known that he would be no help but i guess the only good thing about getting in contact is that he out of all the millions of times i have called bestbuy was finally able to provide me with an answer and that is basically saying that they believe they sent the correct the item hence why they cant refund me my money. HAHA this is beyond stupid and ridiculous. Bestbuy expects me to say yes and just stay with an item i did not even order and i am now out over $900. Thank goodness for credit card disputing and will never shop at bestbuy again. Such moronic staff that cant give me a goddamn answer until 2 months later and from a rep on the forums. What a dam joke.
