In store pick up stuck on “order received”.

Hello, I have placed an order on 9/11 and it was due for next day delivery on 9/12. 9/12 comes and I receive and email stating telling me they couldn’t deliver that day. It gave me an option to switch to same day store pick up so I selected that. It said it was being prepared and should be ready for pick up on 9/12. So I waited
and never got the email confirming that it was ready. Today (9/13) the order still isn’t ready for pick up despite it saying that it was supposed to be ready yesterday. I have checked and the item I ordered was in stock at the pick up location.

We aim to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion. It sounds like your order took multiple turns that were less than ideal, from not being able to deliver it as expected on Sept. 12, to the store taking longer than expected to fulfill it for pickup.
