In-store order not showing on purchase history...

I have a print out of my order that I was provided from the store but there is nothing in my account showing the purchase for the stereo OR anything in the service center history after having had the installation done. I thought maybe I had two accounts but the email is the customer info is the same on the print out and in my account EXCEPT the first name seems to be using my initials rather than my full name. Tried to find a chat support but it says it's not available..
