ITunes Gift email delivery issue

Hello BB Customer Services,

I ordered:
Apple - $50 App Store & iTunes Gift Card [E-mail delivery]
And it says on my account:
Ready to Redeem
We've emailed you instructions to redeem your item.
I have checked my email multiple times and even refreshed the mail and checked the junk/spam folder. I still have not received it. I would appreciate it if you would be able to assist me and maybe send it again to my email address.
