I think my S9 is lost/stolen

I ordered a new Galaxy S9 from bestbuy.com and everything was fine. My package was shipped from Manhattan, KS to me (I'm in the Kansas City metro area). It arrived in Lenexa, KS at 12:01 am on 2/26 and hasn't been seen or scanned since - that's 38 hours, and I don't buy the online chat agent's explanation that it's in a truck with thousands of other packages still. If that's the case, UPS needs to hire a whole warehouse worth of employees who can unload a truck.

I've attempted to contact UPS a couple times and I've not been terribly successful. I'm trying to catch this as early as I can in order to either find the phone or get a new one sent on it's way ASAP.

Welcome to Best Buy's online community. I consider myself an informed customer, as soon as the order ships I like to sign up for alerts that keep me updated on the delivery process. When a product doesn't arrive during its intended time-frame, I begin to further investigate with the shipper. I can understand that you have questions on a recent scan and no updates on an order. Best Buy does like to give the opportunity for the shipping provider to resolve the issue as long as it doesn't exceed the estimated delivery date.

UPS says the item is being sent back to you per Best Buy's request. My phone is already 3 days late, I'd rather they ship it to me.
