I bought a razer blade 15 for $2.1k with my debit card on the 26th of december because there wasn't any stock at the best buy store. It was going to be a week for the laptop to ship to the store and I wouldn't get any rewards points from the transaction. So i checked the site again to see if there was stock on the 29th, there was. I went to the best buy store on the 30th and bought another razer blade but used my credit card to get rewards points. I then canceled my debit card transaction from the 26th and still have not seen my money even though it has been more than 10 days.

Greetings, ValentinRus, and welcome to the Best Buy Forum!
I just recently purchased a new desktop computer myself, and I was super excited when it shipped! I’m guessing you were just as excited when you had the opportunity to purchase your Razer laptop right there in the store, and take it home with you!
Regarding your cancelled order, as you may now, we generally do not charge your payment card unless the order ships. What we actually do is authorize your card for the amount, and then if the order doesn’t ship, the authorization should generally drop off within a few business days. You can find more information on that process here. I would recommend double checking with your bank that the authorization has been dropped on their end.
Thanks for posting!

Thanks for elaborating on that for us. While I'm thrilled to hear that you now have the laptop you had your eye on, I can understand why you'd be concerned that you're still not able to cancel your original order. I know if I were in your shoes, I'd want that sorted out as well!
It would be my pleasure to look into this further, so we can try to take care of this for you. To get started, please use the "Private Message" feature in my signature below to send over your full name, phone number, email and order number?
