I made an online order but I never received order confirmation email.

Please help. I made an online order and I have order number in my history and my credit card is pending the charge but I never ever received the confirmation. I always receive confirmation email after every purchase. My purchase is for Altec Lansing Baby Boom speaker made on Sept 25th.. When I click my order, it still says processing but also 0 items.

Congratulations on your new speaker purchase!  I’m sure you’re very excited to get your product, and that starts with confirming that your order went through!

 

There are times where perhaps maintenance is going on in the background that may prevent a confirmation email from going out.  Usually, the system will eventually catch up and send the email.  However, since you already have the order number, you already have everything you need to check the status of the order.  I would recommend continuing to check that status here, for any updates to your order.

It has been 2 days and I still never received any confirmation email or estimated pickup date. Nothing at all. I never seen Best Buy do maintenance for that long where they stop sending confirmation emails. I have always received confirmation email within a minute of all my purchases.

 

If my purchase didn't go through, I will buy the speaker elsewhere. I was supposedly supposed to pickup the product tomorrow (Sept 27th) but I have no information with confirmation email. What is the reason that it says "0 items" too? Usually the product # always have the correct amount of purchased products.

 

I check my order status and it still says "in progress", 0 items and no email confirmation. 

 

Can somebody please try to help me? I don't think it is a "maintenance in the background" issue.

If you received an order number, it does mean we received your order.  Orders may sit "in progress" while they go through verification checks.  As this order was placed yesterday, I don't believe there is any reason to panic as of yet.

 

Should there be any issue with your order being unable to be fulfilled, you should be emailed to let you know what action to take.

Can somebody please tell me why my order says "0 items" and my credit card shows up as payment method but it says "$0.00" but it still shows the product and price in the order summary?

 

If anybody can help me, please respond back. I will send you info for my order....... I don't see myself getting the storepickup on 9/27 which I was originally supposed to.

48 hours later after my purchase and I still never received a confirmation email. How many days to get a confirmation email after purchase? It used to be a minute after purchase.

If you paid for your order using a credit or debit card, you may see authorization activity to the card on file, however, a charge would not take place until the item has shipped or is ready for pickup at a store. When you check your order status online, what is it showing as an estimated pickup date?

It says "Pickup Delay" but my card authorization has been cancelled.

 

"We're sorry, we're working on it. If we can't get it to the store by Mon, October 28, we'll let you know and cancel the order."

 

Oddly I can purchase the same product online and pick it up in a couple days at my local store. Bad experience and I still never received any order confirmation or email.
