I'm done with best buy.

On the 14th of August I placed this order. I am still waiting for it.

From the 15th to the 20th it sat in Hodgkins, Il and just started moving yesterday and now am being informed I should get it on 3 September. So 19 days for you to get this to me. Had I ordered it from anyone else I would have it already.

This will be my last order with best buy and I will pay off my best buy card once I have received my order and will purchase from Amazon instead from now on.

I tend to make many purchases online, and fast shipping is always a plus. So I can't email anyone and deal with this that way and I have to use a desktop. I called best buy on the phone and was told I can't cancel the order because it's been shipped despite the fact that ups said its going into the black hole of usps and can't be tracked. First I was told it would arrive in the 24th and then the 28th and now usps says the 3rd of September. You have lost a customer. I have never dealt with a company that you can't email and all you can use is the phone or a message board.

They offered solutions above, I'm sure they are ready to help just as soon as you get the requested information over to them so they can start looking at your order .  Since you're on a mobile device, you can just click the button where it says "Full" at the bottom of the page to get a desktop version of the site and send a private message as requested.  Email is worse as it's just an email.  Posting on this board allows them to gather all the necessary details in one spot where the entire moderator team has access and they can track whether or not it has been solved for you.

I'm done. I'm checking out of this. If you can't help resolve this situation why are we even talking? I called best buy and got nothing out of it but wait until it arrives if it arrives. Don't bother to reply as I won't be checking back. As far as I'm concerned I'm done with best buy and will spend my money elsewhere. I'm going to pay off my card and cancel it and my account. We are done.

I'm sorry you feel that way, hopefully we will be given opportunities to win you back in the future.  If you change your mind and would like one of the moderators above to look over your order and see if there is anything else that can be done, please follow the suggestion above to send them a private message.  I browse the forums from my phone and have had no issues with the "full" setting, I can send and receive private messages on my phone after switching over to the desktop site.
