I have 2 questions about the payment

I have got a message that my card has been fraudulent block from I paid for the order.

However the payment was succeed even the process has been cancelled that I order. 

I was try to change my payment method that use other visa / master card.

Because the message showed me that try to other payment method so I tried. 

Why the order has been cancelled and what is the awaiting authorization means? 

 

How long should I wait for the process? 

If I try to buy something then will I get the same situation again?

It's always frustrating when an order gets cancelled but you're not sure why. I am happy to help you take a look in to this for you. 

 

An authorization is a charge that it put on your account when you make a purchase to ensure that the funds are available. Awaiting authorization means the system is waiting to make that charge. It looks like your order was cancelled because the payment failed. I would recommend creating another order with a different form of payment.
