How to file a complaint

We purchased a treadmill 2 weeks ago and found out it was defeated so we arranged for exchange. This morning the delivery guys came and refused to pick up the bad product and only delivered the new treadmill to our ground floor. When we asked if it possible to put it in the basement they said no and said to call best buy and arrange someone else to do it. When we called bestbuy I received the worst customer service possible. I was told to go read their website that they only delivery to ground floor and said someone will contact me in 3-7 days regarding the exchange. When I asked about our old one, we were told to bring that one to the main floor. I told them that we were not physically capable of of being a 300 lb product upstairs I was told that’s my problem. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no manager is available and then disconnected my call.

I need to know who to call to resolve this matter, the rep refuses to transfer my call to a manager and won’t even give me a name. Having worked in customer service myself I can’t believe reps are allowed to say these things on a recorded line.

Thank you for taking the time to visit us here on our community forums. I know if I were to receive such a large delivery I wouldn't have the means to move it around my home or to the basement.
