How the Hell do you contact CS

Thanks for ruining my fathers 71st birthday.  I bought a TV for his birthday however was not able to pick it up due to my work schedule.  At the time I purchased the TV i worked 3 weeks strait, and had to take a personal day just to ensure that I had the day off for his birthday.  On his birthday I went to the store to get the TV an was told the order was canceled and there was no way I could get the TV at the price that I had originally purchased at.


So yes,  Thank you so much.  I really oppose Walmart but it seems they they are looking better and better after every screw up that Best Buy does.

Orders not picked up with in 7 days are automatically canceled. 


Walmart would have canceled your order also.

I appreciate you taking the time to join and write us about your TV purchase. I know how important a parent’s birthday is, and would expect your items to be available at your convenience. That said, I am here to help.


Normally, when customer’s do In-Store Pickup, we hold your items for 5 days, and if you can’t make it by then, we cancel the order. If you cannot pick up your order within 5 days, you can call the store and try to have them extend the time for you. You may also have a friend or family member pick it up by putting them on your pick-up list on your account during checkout, and they can get it for you.


I’d like to get this documented at a corporate level for you. We take our customers feedback seriously and rely on it to find ways to improve our processes.
