I would like to cancel an order that was suppose to be delivered yesterday but instead I received a text and email that it is delayed with no information on when and if it will be shipped. Additionally there is no option to cancel this order.

I hate to learn that your order had been delayed, and that is never a fun situation to have to deal with. It sounds like you're needing this item soon and would like to cancel since it will be delayed. In regard to that request, we would need to allow the order to fully process and be delivered since it has already begun the shipping process. When this is due to arrive to you, you can always deny the delivery and the item will be shipped back to us and processed for a refund. Or, once it is delivered, it can be returned to anyone of our Best Buy locations nationwide.
