Horrible Delivery Service

I am amazed at the inadequacy of your company's online ordering service. I find it incredulous that in a time where storefront branches of companies are closing left and right, your store's online service leaves much to be desired.
 
When a customer not only spends $600.00 at your store in one sitting, but ALSO finances said purchase by opening a line of credit with your store, the least you could do is offer accurate information about the speed at which they will receive their order. It is absolutely disgusting that you would offer customers same-day delivery, with a fee, when it has become abundantly clear that there was never any intention in actually providing this service. 
 
Not only is it clear that same-day delivery is some sort of scam at your company, I have now received a message that if I don't get my order by the 5th, a full 4 days after I ordered my purchase, it will be cancelled? In what way is that helpful or putting the customer first? To make matters even worse, it has also become clear that while your website is fully accessible and accurate when it comes to taking people's money, as soon as there is a problem on your end it is suddenly impossible to get any insightful or accurate information as to what is happening with your order or when you can expect it to actually arrive. 
 
While the thought of corporate monopolies profiting off of capitalism makes me sick to my stomach, I would much rather deal with them and experience excellent customer service and transparent practices, than to be duped by a company that clearly only cares about taking my money. Absolutely Disgusting.

With such busy schedules, I know how handy this can be, and if you need an order pronto, it can be a life-saver! With that said, it sounds like your order may not have been delivered the same day as expected, which isn't the experience we want for our customers selecting this option during checkout.
