Help With Cancelling Order Not Shipped Since Dec 26. 2019

I ordered an item that has yet to be shipped. I would like to cancel item. Went in store and they're unable to cancel because the status that it is in.  Is there a way to cancel item and get money back?

Welcome back to our community forums. I'm the type of person that checks my shipping status constantly so I can understand your concern to see no updates for such a long time. We are typically only able to cancel an order within 30 minutes of it being placed but I would be happy to see how we can best assist you with this.
