I love my Nintendo Switch, and know that I would expect to receive an undamaged product when I order from BestBuy.com, as well. Happily, we do have options for customers who may have received products damaged during shipping as you can see at the link here.
If a product is damaged during shipping, we ask that customer return it during their return and exchange time-period, which is typically 15 days for most customers and products. This time-period begins the day the product is received. Some customers may have extended timeframes for return of many items if they are Elite or Elite Plus My Best Buy Members. For the fastest processing on a return or exchange, it’s best to head into your local Best Buy store. If you’re unable to go in store, you can also look at the option to return via mail. Typically, if someone is interested in an exchange but they want to do it via mail, calling (888) BEST-BUY to speak to a representative is their fastest option to get started. That being said, I’d also be happy to speak to you about that possibility here.
