I made a purchase on bestbuy.com for a 12months Spotify physical gift card. Recently I am trying to redeem it on Spotify website and it said the gift card is not valid. I am certain it wasn't used as I just scratched the pin myself. Can anyone help?

Welcome to our Best Buy community forum! I know how excited I am when getting a gift card, so I can imagine how frustrating it would be to try and redeem it only to get a message saying the card is not valid. That's not the experience we wanted for you when you made this purchase, but we appreciate that you sharing this with us so we can look into this further.
When you tried to redeem the card, were you using a student account? Just curious, as that would not be allowed via Spotify's terms and conditions, so that could be why you're getting an error.
