I returned an order that was originally purchased with a gift card. At the time of purchase, the store clerk took the original gift card given that it no longer had any balance. After I returned the item via shipping, it was stated that the order was received on September 18 and the refund went back to the original gift card. Since I was no longer in possession of this gc, I contacted support to get a new gc. After talking to more than 5 reps over the span of two weeks, I have heard conflicting info regarding the status. One rep stated the gc was on its way, another that it would take a whole month to process, etc etc.
As an Elite Plus member this is extremely frustrating. How can receiving a replacement gc be such a tedious and unorganized process?
I would really appreciate assistance in this matter so that I can get my refund ASAP.
