Summation: Ordered online to add phone and a line, no order went through. Went to store and completed it. Week later, ghost orders from the time I ordered online went through and it ended up adding an additional phone line to my mobile plan. I managed to cancel 2 out of 3 ghost orders. 1 order went through.
I went to Sprint and they said I cannot cancel.
Can I get my money back? What am I suppose to do? Please help. I previously wrote to Corporate but no one has responded thus far.
