I preordered a 256gb Cloud Blue Galaxy Tab S6 on 8/25 along with the keyboard. The keyboard came on 9/5 but I have yet to receive the tablet in spite of the release date being 9/6 (three weeks ago today). My credit card was charged this week and I have yet to even get a shipping notification. Can someone please assist?

You should be able to check your order status by visiting the Orders page on BestBuy.com. The status of all orders will be listed on the main page, and you can click on the “Order Details” tab for more info on the specific order. If you have an account, you can also access orders from your Account Overview after signing in.

Yes, thank you I've been checking the order status pretty much every day since it released. Coincidentally, I finally got a shipping notification Monday morning and it is supposed to be here Thursday. For some reason, that specific model has been "Sold Out" on the Best Buy site since it released almost a month ago.
