FedEx order not delivered. Pending for several days.

I placed an order on October 31. It supposedly went out for delivery on November 1 via FedEx, with a delivery date set for November 2. It was listed as on the truck, but didn't come. 

 

The order now has been listed as pending since then with no updates in tracking. I have contacted FedEx for an update to no avail. It is now a week later without delivery.

I spoke on the phone and they refunded my order because it was lost in transit. I'm all set.
