Hello Xiaomi-

 

Thank you for your response. As I mentioned previously, I changed the orders to the Best Buy Harlem & Irving store as requested. At this time the store is currently waiting to receive this phone in it's inventory to fulfill your order. At this time, I do not have an estimate when the store will receive more iPhones. 

 

Your second order was cancelled because the quantity limit for the iPhone X was reached. Often times when an item is in very short supply we will limit the quantity an individual person can purchase.

Please cancel all my orders. I've bought the phone elsewere. I cannot cancel the orders, the option is grayed out. Thanks.

Best Buy would rather lose a client and a sale rather than accommodate a simple request. Amazing.
