Extend pickup time

Hello!

I placed an order for pick up at store approximately two weeks ago (Order #{removed per forum guidelines}. Since I'm an international buyer, I tried to time it so that the product would get to the store in time for me to pick it up. Item was scheduled to be available to pickup on nov. 15.

 

However, the item is already available to pickup, it has arrived on nov. 8!. I will only be able to pickup the item on nov. 23, so, In that case, I won't be able to pick up the item in time and the order will be cancelled.

 

I was wondering if the pick up window could be extended through the forum, since I've sent an email to the store but no reply was received.

 

Also, what will be the store hours on nov. 23?

Using the information you provided I was able to check on the status of your order. At this time we are unable to modify the pick-up date to November 23 as this would be too far outside of it's expected pick-up date for this order. 

 

In general most stores open Thursday at 5 PM, close at 1 AM Friday and reopen at 8 AM on Friday. Maine, Massachusetts and Rhode Island stores are closed on Thursday. They open, and remain open, on Friday at 12:01 AM (ME) and 1:00 AM (MA and RI). Hours may vary where required by law or by landlord regulations. Hello, I think it is unacceptable to be unable to pickup my iphone because of an error on BB's side. If I had received the item as planned, I would be able to pick it up on the 23rd. It is BB's fault that I am now having a problem.

Checking the forums, I've seen that the 1 week extension that I ask is an common thing, please accommodate my request.
Please escalate my issue.

Thank you for your response. I apologize that I was not able to modify this orders pick-up date. Because the day you wanted to pickup your phone was Thanksgiving day, I was not able to accommodate this change. At this time your order has been cancelled. I would recommend recreating this order to see if we can accommodate you picking it up on the 23rd.

Hello, order has been recreated, and now I have 2 phones that have a maximum pickup deadline by nov 21. Please extend this window for 2 days, so I may pick them up on the 23rd.

Thank you for your response regarding your orders. Using the email address associated with your Forum account I was able to find your orders and check on their status. 

 

At this time I am unable to modify these orders for you. Only one order is in stock and available for pickup and the other two orders are waiting for inventory to arrive. Our system will not allow me to modify the order that is in stock at this time, and the other two are estimated to be available on November 30.

 

I apologize that I can not be of more assistance regarding these orders, please let me know if I can be of any more help.

Hello, BB's site says that two orders are available for pickup. How come you say that only one is available? You really can't extend it for two days?

I just received two emails for my two orders. They both read:


"Per your request, we made the following update(s) to your order:

• Updated store pickup location
"

Now it is not showing any pickup deadline. Please help me and escalate the issue.
