Doom Eternal pre order question

I pre ordered DOOM Eternal collector's edition, and with the news of the delay, I got an email updating my order. My question is, do I still get charged on the original release date (Nov 22) or in March?

Re: Doom Eternal pre order question

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out, Stardust. We won't charge your card until your order ships, or is picked up if store pick-up was chosen. You can read more about Order Delays here.

Let me know if I can be of any assistance!

Re: Doom Eternal pre order question

Would it be at all possible to buy a gift card and apply it to the order?

Re: Doom Eternal pre order question

Hey!

You'd be unable to modify the payment on the order at this time. If you'd like to apply a gift card, your best option would be to cancel and reorder.

On something that's been sold out for months? Not worth the risk. Thanks anyway.

Re: Doom Eternal pre order question

Stardust,

You’re very welcome! We’d also recommend checking out our Entertainment Pre-order FAQs too. It contains some great information on when you can expect to be charged, when your copy should arrive, etc. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

Best Wishes,
