Digital gift card purchase not delivered

I made two separate orders today, one for my girlfriend and one for me, of digital Google Play gift cards. In the past, I've recieved the codes within a few minutes. However, this time it's been almost 2 hours and it still says my order(s) are processing. It's kind of frustrating because I could have just driven to Best Buy and bought the physical cards at this point. I guess I'll probably cancel the orders and take my business elsewhere.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I know the point of digital codes is to get to you fast so you don't have to wait for a shipment, or drive to a store, and we do our best to get those codes sent out as quickly as we can.


Sometimes small snags pop up, such as with payment verification, and orders can face delays occasionally. Have those codes showed up yet? If not, please send in a private message through the link in my signature. I'll need your name, email; address, and phone number, along with the order numbers, to get started.
